Day 1 – Arrival & Transfer to Negombo

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative from Peak & Palm Tour Lanka. After a short introduction, you will be transferred to your hotel in Negombo, a coastal town located close to the airport.

Negombo is famous for its golden beaches, fishing culture, and colonial influences. After checking into your hotel, you can relax and recover from your journey or enjoy a peaceful walk along the beach while watching the sunset over the Indian Ocean.

Day 2 – Negombo to Sigiriya

After breakfast, begin your journey to the famous Cultural Triangle of Sri Lanka, an area known for its ancient cities and historical landmarks.

In the afternoon, you will visit the magnificent Sigiriya Rock Fortress, one of the most iconic landmarks in Sri Lanka and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built by King Kashyapa in the 5th century, this ancient rock fortress rises nearly 200 meters above the surrounding plains.

As you climb the rock, you will pass through beautiful water gardens, ancient frescoes, and the famous Mirror Wall. At the summit, you will find the ruins of the royal palace and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Day 3 – Minneriya National Park Safari

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxing morning before heading to Minneriya National Park for an exciting wildlife safari.

Minneriya National Park is famous for the spectacular natural phenomenon known as “The Gathering.” During the dry season, hundreds of wild elephants gather around the Minneriya Reservoir, creating one of the largest elephant gatherings in Asia.

Day 5 – Yala Safari & Galle

After the safari, travel along the southern coastline to the historic city of Galle.

In Galle, you will visit the famous Galle Dutch Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site originally built by the Portuguese and later expanded by the Dutch. The fort is known for its colonial architecture, charming streets, historic buildings, and beautiful ocean views.

Day 6 – Colombo & Departure
